Authors are invited to prepare papers for submission to the conference according to the instructions outlined below. Accepted and presented papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in conference proceedings that will appear in IEEE Xplore with standard IEEE conference indexing in databases.

Paper Preparation Instructions
Papers should be prepared according to the following guidelines:

• Paper size: Letter.
• Number of pages: 4-6 pages. Absolute maximum number of pages: 8 pages. Papers that are more than 6 pages long will be subject to overlength page charges of $100/page beginning with the 7th page at the time of the final paper submission.
• Papers should be prepared using templates available at this link. The margins should be as set in the template and should not be modified.
• Abstract should be no more than 200 words in length.
• For additional details on preparing the manuscript, please consult the IEEE Editorial Style Manual.

Paper Submission Instructions
Only PDF files should be submitted. To submit a paper, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Use IEEE PDF eXpress service to check if your PDF file meets IEEE Xplore requirements for PDF files. To use the IEEE PDF eXpress service, please follow this link.
2. Once PDF eXpress confirms your PDF file meets IEEE Xplore requirements, please proceed with the submission of your PDF file by following the electronic submission link.

Note to Authors of Multiple Papers
For authors of multiple papers in the conference, it should be noted that:

1. Publication of one accepted paper comes automatically with the payment of the regular registration fee.
2. Publication of any other paper co-authored by the same registrant is subject to the additional payment of a reduced registration fee of $350 for a maximum of one extra paper per full-registration, OR full registration by a co-author.
