The registration will include: Proceedings, Conference digest, Banquet ticket, Welcome Reception ticket, luncheon reception on Ryerson campus for the conference delegates, Coffee breaks, ticket for one Tutorial or Workshop (subject to availability), and one social event tour (either a One-day Niagara Falls tour, OR a combined City Tour and CN Tower tour) [Social event tours are not included with student registration]. Students will need to purchase a separate social event tour ticket if they wish to attend any of the tours. One day registration includes only Proceedings CD.
There will also be a TUTORIAL ONLY registration category, offered only to persons desiring to attend tutorials but not participate in other aspects of the conferences. The TUTORIALS ONLY registration fee will be $300 (before September 22, 2010) and $350 (after September 22, 2010).
Attendees will receive a booklet containing all tutorials' materials. TUTORIALS ONLY registration does not include entrance to ISOT technical sessions or social activities.
Technical paper extra page charge:
$100/page will be charged for extra pages (beyond 6 pages) for all technical papers.
At least one author must make a full registration for each accepted paper. A second paper by the same author is allowed at a reduced rate of EXTRA REGISTRATION (see table above).
The EXTRA REGISTRATION does not include any tickets, events, or proceedings, etc.
